Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Live Oak Elementary School. To ensure the safety and security of our campus, all volunteers must be cleared through the office before they are permitted to assist in classrooms or other areas.

 

Please complete the attached forms and return them to the office along with a copy of your recent TB test results and a valid ID. Once your information has been entered into our system, you will be notified, and you may then coordinate with your student’s teacher to schedule your volunteer time.
